Pain Relief Arnica gel is a rub on product for pain relief. You rub it into the site of pain and it works right away. There is no odor and it is not sticky. It is a clear gel. It has a cooling feel to it. April 2, 2013

Boiron Arnicare is great! I used Boiron Arnicare on my achy calves and sore knees and noticed some relief. I need knee replacements so nothing is going to take the pain away completely but I did notice some relief and my calves swell from poor circulation and are painful and I rubbed the Arnicare on them and also got relief--thank you for a great product! Boiron Arnicare® Arnica Gel Directions

Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed.

Ingredients: Active ingredient: Arnica montana 1X HPUS-7% (Trauma, muscle pain & stiffnes, swelling form injuries, discoloration from bruising.)
Inactive Ingredients: Alcohol, carbomer, dimethicone copolyol, purified water, sodium hydroxide.

Warnings

For external use only.
Avoid contact with the eyes and with open wounds.
Stop use and ask a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens.
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
