all in one I use this for my little kids when they are too young to tell me all of their symptoms. This has a combination of high offenders. For instance, my 3 year old son had a stuffy nose in the middle of the night, by morning you hear his throat was sore from talking. I gave him one dose before breakfast (15 minutes before and after food as rule of thumb) and again a bit after breakfast and it was all gone. I gave him another dose that evening before bed and again the next two mornings of one dose so it didn't relapse. He is well. I love Boiron products and homeopathic medicine! February 25, 2013

Children 3 years of age and older: At the onset of cold symptoms, take 5 pellets every 20 minutes for 1 hour. The take 5 pellets every 2 hours until symptoms are relieved. Allow the pellets to dissolve in the mouth.
