Huge help! I love this product. I found it at a natural foods store, but Vitacost of course has a lower price. I have never found *any* relief for my extreme PMS symptoms other than antioxidant vitamins, and those really just help with regularity issues and tenderness. These miracle tablets even help reduce my PMS depression! Seriously. They don't "cure" it or completely take it away, but I'd say they reduce it by more than 50%, and for anyone suffering from this type of debilitating issue, that feels like a miracle!
