This product is sugar One could reap all the supposed benefits of oscillococcinum by ingesting a comparable dose of table sugar each day. The so-called active ingredient in this placebo - ground duck organs - is so diluted that it really shouldn't be considered an ingredient, except in a conceptual sense.
