Outstanding Marmalade
This is my favorite marmalade. Its robust flavor is not so sugary sweet like most American marmalades but is zesty, in the European style. The marmalade's flavor will take you out of Peoria and back to Paris.

Awful Taste
I love the jar but I hate the taste. It tastes like bitter orange peel. I love the raspberry jam Bonne Maman makes but this flavor needs a recipe redo.

bitter after taste
This marmalade leaves an extremely bitter after taste in your mouth....so bad I had to brush my tongue and eat a peppermint to get the taste to go away.
