Suggested Use: USE ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY. Take one (1) serving (1 rounded scoop) approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training, blended into 6-8 ounces of cold water or beverage, or as suggested by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Important Note(s): Do not exceed one (1) serving (1 rounded scoop) per training day. Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an  hour after consuming 1MR™. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four (4) hours of bedtime. Best of the Best You pay for what you get! 1 M.R. is usually one of the most pricey pre workout formulas even when its on sale. However, having used several different brands, I can say 1 M.R. gives me the best results of all of the ones I have tried. For me, the product reveals its value most on heavy lifting days. It is an absolute must on 1 rep max out days. Because of the high cost, I only use it on days when I work out large muscle groups like chest and back. I occasionally will use it if I am doing high weight low rep curls. I will be 42 years old next month. I am 6' 1" and weigh roughly 200 lbs. This product has helped me achieve a bench press of 335 lbs. I am expecting to get 340 lbs up on my next attempt in a couple of weeks. July 4, 2013
