"A great source of amino acids. i use this product on just about any meats i cook with, especially stir fry, a little goes a long way. i love the salty taste and it is a great substitution for soy sauce. if you mix with olive oil while heating chicken or steak you get a great au-juice, for fajitas, and brings out an amazing flavor to peppers, onions.. Vita cost's price is amazing! my local supermarket sells the small container for the same price as Vita's super large container, so this was a very awesome find for me!"

Bragg's has a small amount of naturally ocurring sodium. No table salt is added. If less sodium is desired, use a 6 oz. Bragg's spray bottle and dilute with 1/3 distilled water or to taste and then either add in or spray Bragg's on food.
