Breads From Anna All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blend Bread Mix Description
The Perfect All-Purpose Flour Blend For Wraps, Breads, Muffins and More
You will need:
¼ cup oil
1½ cups non-dairy drink, including water
3 extra large eggs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium size bowl, blend until smooth eggs, oil and non-dairy drink. Add Breads From Anna® Yeast Free Bread Mix and stir until well combined and all lumps are removed. Do not over mix. Place into a greased and lightly dusted (with rice flour or tapioca starch) 8½ x 4½ heavy weight loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 375 degrees.
Let cool one hour before slicing.
