Breads From Anna Gluten and Yeast Free Banana Bread Mix Description
Outstanding Taste and Texture!
You will need:
1/3 cup oil (canola, coconut or butter, olive oil is not recommended)
2 large eggs, well-beaten
3 ripe medium bananas, pureed, aprox. 1 cup
2/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and dust with tapioca starch or rice flour an 8 ½ x 4 ½ loaf pan. Mix all wet ingredients until creamy, and Breads From Anna® Banana Bread mix. Mix until well blended, stir in chopped nuts. Spoon into prepared pan, bake for 1 hour.
Let cool one hour before slicing.

Easy to work with.
I have never baked bread before so for me to make a great tasting bread was fantastic. I know that it is all premixed, but you still have to put it all together. Everyone that has tasted the banana bread have loved it. Whenever there is a special meeting or get together, everyone wants me to bring THE banana bread. There is always a rush to the table to get a slice of bread. I have had to cut the bread down the center and then slice it so everyone is able to have a piece. I have also made one with walnuts. That one also goes quickly and have had to cut it the same way.
