Product Works Great. Amino-X is a great BCAA product. It tastes amazing and is a great intra workout supplement. It helps minimize muscle fatigue during grueling workouts. I never noticed how great it worked until the day I chose to workout without it, and that will never happen again. I would suggest this product to anyone! September 18, 2012

Actually mixes I think this is the best BCAA product because it's the easiest to mix and take with you to the gym. Overall BSN is an ok company and has been around for a while. Profile in Aminox is also good but I wish they would add Glutamine. July 15, 2012

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 6 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice before, during, or after your workout.

Note: To prevent settling, stir and drink immediately. To ensure maximum results: wait 20-30 minutes after taking Amino X before eating a meal or drinking a shake.

Note: To maximize the effects of Amino X consume 120 oz of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the effects of Amino X. Amino X begins to induce its maximum effects in weeks 3-12. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.
