Finally! I have used protein powder for many years. Most of the products I have tried taste OK but don't mix very well in my shaker cup, however... Not only does this powder taste great, it also mixes easily and dissolves ENTIRELY! The result is always a delicious, SMOOTH drink even when simply mixed with a spoon in a glass. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low-fat milk.
