Great Tasting Protein Shake This product is easy to mix with a shaker bottle or blender It's very filling & makes a fabulous breakfast meal or dessert. I love the "whipped cream" taste -- can't give up my midwestern upbringing of milk, butter or cream. I like to prepare it with milk & add 1oz of cream to enhance the creamy taste. February 2, 2013

RECOMMENDED USE FOR MALES: As a dietary supplement, take 2 heaping scoops (equaling approx. 40 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low-fat milk.
