"Overall a good product.you are supposed to have an empty stomach, but I just cannot handle it.i need food in me in order to lift. here's what I do: I wake up at 4am, eat cereal w/ milk,banana & coffee.at about 4:50 I start drinking the n.o. on the way to the gym. "N.O.-XPLODE is like a highschool relationship...great in the beginning, but ends son enough after the initial excitement is over.
BSN's N.O.-XPLODE does exactly what it says it does. This lasts for about 2 weeks. Then you have to start using larger (or more scoops) per dose to feel the same effects to did two weeks prior. The thing is this product is all caffeine and as your body gets used to this overload of caffeine soon enough. It does get you amped up to put it simply, but it's just caffeine. I could drink a cup of coffee for that.

Another thing I see with these newer "25% more!" versions of N.O.-XPLODE is that something smells funny here. My old container's Supplement Facts says "N.O.-XPLODE's Proprietary Blend.......20,500mg". These newer "25% more" states "N.O.-XPLODE's Proprietary Blend.......18,000mg". Basically, you are getting more product in weight, but less of the actual active ingredient.

Don't waste your money. Get a generic nitric oxide like from NSI."

DESIGNED FOR: Healthy adults 18-50 years of age seeking to support energy, performance, and muscle development during resistance exercise or other forms of fitness training.

RECOMMENDED USE TO ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of NO-XPLODE™ mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes, consume an additional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again.

RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-2 scoops with 5-12 oz. of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. If desired, for maximum effect use a third scoop at least 3 hours after using the initial 2 scoops. Do not take more than 2 scoops at a time and do not exceed 3 scoops in one day.
