maybe another flavor I switched from, jack3d to this product looking for a cost efficient product with a certain combination of ingredients. Taste is a subjective thing. I found the jack3d lemon lime tolerable and the performance effective. This product foams up like great stuff when you mix it. You have to dilute it significantly to endure the concentrated flavor. As far as performance, it feels fairly similar in effect to jack3d. Use it with the understanding that you will build resistence if you take it every day without breaks. I think I'll try another flavor next time before resorting to a different product. March 20, 2013

If you want to work out more intensely or you want to be stronger, look no further. Takes about an hour to fully kick in and last about 4-5 hours. The only "downside" is that you'll be sore the next day because you'll hit it too hard. September 14, 2010

A pre-workout must The lemon-lime NO XPLODE is very smooth while some other flavors can be grainy. The taste is good, not too sour, and I only need one scoop each morning before working out. There were some shipping issues the last time I ordered and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive... that was a problem and my workouts suffered because of it. RECOMMENDED USE TO ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of N.O.-XPLODE mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance.
