"I like this flavor especially mixed with half a banana. I frappe it in the blender with a couple of ice cubes and a packet of splenda. I like mine on the sweeter side but others may be just fine without the splenda. It's got the protein I need before or after a workout. If I need to cut down my calories I usually have only this protein shake for dinner and I'm not even hungry."

"This protein brand and series has the best flavors of any protein that I've tried. The power doesnt cake when it hits liquid like some other brands do. Putting this in a Nalgene bottle with milk isn't a problem as a quick shake evenly mixes it; no need for a "shaker" with a screen. Cookies & Cream is like dessert...enjoy!"

Recommended use for Males: Take 2 scoops (equaling approx. 44 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low-fat milk.
