GOOD! thermogenic good, but the new bsn is the best! October 26, 2012

Didnt work for me I couldnt tell that this product help at all with weight loss. It made me feel lightheaded if I took it before a workout. February 14, 2010

Energy through the roof! This is one of the best products I have taken. I haven't noticed a significant fat loss, but it does curb the appetite really well and gives me TONS of energy to get through a 2 hour workout and then some to spare! I would definintely recommend this product for someone who is looking for appetite suppression and energy for working out and at this price who can go wrong? October 15, 2009

Not for me This product was not for me. I lost minimal weight only because Of the workouts. I thought a dietary supplemet would speed up the weightloss process, but I guess I will just stick to regular diet and exercise. June 10, 2009

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules 2 to 3 times daily 30 minutes before meals and/or exercise. Begin use with half the recommended dosage (2 capsules 2 to 3 times per day) to assess your tolerance. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Experienced thermogenic users may achieve maximum fat loss and energy enhancement at a dose of 4 capsules 3 times per day. For best results, take 3-4 capsules 3 times daily and use as part of a low-fat diet and exercise program. Do not exceed 12 capsules within a 24-hour period.
