OK - prefer the Bucky Baxter Lumbar Support,

"This is nice - if I had known prior to purchasing though I would have chosen to purchase 2 of the Bucky Baxter Lumbar Support Pillows. Though the lumbar is designed for that reason, they may be used for neck or lumbar area effectively and it's super comfy. Matter of preference I suppose. I prefer the lumbar support pillow over the utopia neck pillow for the neck & the lumbar area. Feels more comfortable for both in my opinion. Glad they both offer the removable cover that may be washed."
