okay I was looking for a product that is safe for my daughter without all the toxins of regular soap. I always hear about California Baby and this was a good price compared to the store and amazon so I thought I'd try it. It smells nice, but don't notice a calming effect. It lathers well which is something I was worried about. However, it is tiny. I'm sorry but for $18 I wish there was more. I absolutely do not make the kind of money to buy this on a regular basis which is disappointing because I want to give my child the best too. I guess I need to make my own soaps from now on. great smell, great cleaners, but pricey This is a great product, a little pricey, compared to other natural products, that don't have harsh chemicals, but I love the smell and I love knowing I don't have to use terrible chemicals on my babies skin to get them clean. I use this because you can get it at target as well, when I run out and I haven't ordered it online yet. I have tried other products, like aubrey organics, which I really like too, and it is less expensive, but I prefer the california baby smell vs aubrey organics, and I like that it is a shampoo and body wash in one, because they are seperate with aubrey organics. Best baby wash and shampoo I'm a loyal California Baby user, can't imagine using anything else for my baby. She is 3 now and we've been using it since she was a newborn. I love all the ingredients, I love the scent of organic essential oils not synthetic fragrances. Calming is my favorite scent in California Baby products. When I wash her the whole bathrooms smells so good and I'm getting aromatherapy as well January 12, 2013

A little goes a long way I have two baby girls, and have used this extra large CB wash every time I've given them a bath (every night), and it has lasted me 2 months so far! I'm pretty sure I can use it for another 6 weeks or so. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this product and I love the smell and how natural CB is. January 8, 2013

Dispense a dime-to-quarter sized amount into palm, massage into wet hair starting at the scalp and working to the ends. Rinse. Repeat if needed. Follow with California Baby Calming Hair Conditioner or Detangler. Use a bodywash in place of regular soap in bath & shower. Safe for everyday use.

Ingredients: Aqua (water), *organic aloe barbadensis (aloe vera), *decyl glucoside and *lauryl glucoside (corn, coconut and palm), organic quillaja saponaria (soap bark), herbal blend of: *cereus grandiflorus extract (cactus), *organic calendula officinalis (calendula), *viola tricolor extract (pansy), and *yucca schidigera (yucca), vegetable glycerin, *simmondsia chinensis oil (jojoba oil), tocopherol (vitamin E), panthenol (vitamin B5), *pure essential oils of lavandula angustifolia (French lavender) and salvia sclarea (clary sage), capryloyl glycine and undecylenoyl glycine (amino acids).
