The best drop-in tablet
I've tried other similar products from other brands like Gu, Nuun, etc. The Camelback brand is is the only one that pleasantly flavors a whole 24-oz bottle with just 1 tablet. I love this flavor but my wife does not like it which is ok because she is also Caffeine intolerant. I prefer the flavor a bit stronger and only use 20 oz when I use one of these. The tablet does not dissolve well in ice-cold water; pour in only 1-2 oz of room temp water and let the whole tablet finish dissolving before adding the rest of cold water and ice. These tablets effervesce, in other words don't screw on your lid tight until after the tablet is completely dissolved, or else pressure will build up, and with a straw-bottle that can also lead to a pressurized jet of water squirting all over.
If you do not want Caffeine, don't get this Orange Alert flavor; it has 75mg of Caffeine per tablet.
And, the price for these here at Vitacost is so much better than at REI.

Really great drink mix, just drop it in and drink it up. Your body will love it.

great product
Great product! Tastes very good too. I dissolve one pill in 8oz of water and drink it after my work-out. It keeps me going.
