I really like gel capsules. I usually take this in the morning after breakfast and it helps me stay alert and active during the day.

WoW!
The price was right, but I didn't use them long enough to see any effect. I quit taking them because the pills were too large. I am just not use to taking B complex that the pills were so huge. I am going back to a capsule. I've been happy with other products from this company.

I finally found a b50 softgel thats afordable and easily digested !

very easy to swallow
I have trouble swallowing some pills. These are very easy to swallow and seem to absorb well. I love Carlson products because they are high quality.
