Great idea but...
I bought this for someone who dislikes taking pills. It's a great idea but, frankly, it tastes HORRIBLE and it makes whatever you mix it with taste horrible, too. As B6 tablets (or caps) are pretty small, we're going back to that.

BEWARE- Parabens!!!?????
Err on the side of safety and DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I can't believe that any company would actually have the nerve to use parabens as a preservative! I bought this brand not even looking at the other ingredients listed. Wish I had, because I would have quit using this brand a lot sooner! (if at all) Don't make the same mistake that I did!!
For starters, Parabens can mimic the hormone estrogen, which is known to play a role in the development of breast cancers. Vitacost offers plenty of other choices- look elsewhere!

Taste
The taste was terrible and therefore it was very hard to use it daily, although I did.

Easy way to get your B6.
So easy to pour a half teaspoon into a smoothie and your set. A bitter taste if you take it straight, but you cannot taste it at all blended in a fruit smoothie.
