Smaller pills, please
This product seems to do what I bought it for. The price is not low, but not unreasonable either. I do wish that it could be easier to swallow. Can't they make the tablets smaller? I might even pay a little extra for caplet form.

I can not purchase this product locally. It is easy to do so on your site. Doctor ordered the use of this product.

Not recommended
These solid capsules are very large and difficult to swallow. However, since most of them were broken into numerous pieces that's not a problem all the time.

Highly absorbable
The chelated version is absorbed much better than other types of magnesium (especially oxide!). And works great for eliminating chocolate cravings and PMS symptoms. I used to be a choco-holic, and since taking magnesium I hardly touch the stuff. I take 1 serving at nighttime.
