These are great
I have used these for several years.They are potent enough without being overwhelming.I would strongly recommend one of the Carlson fish oil products to go along with this.My personal favorite is the DHA gems.

3rd Re-Order
I gag on pills and have finally found a good multivitamin which I can take. The vitamin is a small caplet and I can swallow it without a problem.

Very small, but just the right stuff
I take 1 or 2 of these mini tabs every day because they are easy to swallow and digest. I also have a difficult time with ascorbic acid and this formula uses buffered C. I am pleased the amount of D was increased to 150% too because it helps my body absorb calcium. Sometimes bigger, larger, stronger isn't necessarily better. I've changed brands in the past, but I always come back to Carlson minis.

Size of pill
Don't let the name "mini" fool you. These vitamins are not small, more medium sized. They are too big for my pill-size-sensative teenager to take. I wish they would have made the pill half the size and made the dose 2 pills. I'm frustrated that I can't find a vitamin that she can swallow.

Excellent
Great multi vitamin. Have searched long time to find a multi without mega doses, and with good sources of quality ingridients.
Just great, and hope carlson will keep making these.
