Even my kids will consume it
Deceptive in it's name...cod liver oil? Euuuu! Must be gross! But in fact, the lemon flavor is surprisingly good. So good in fact, that I put a teaspoon into my kids other juices to make "lemonade" juice and they beg me for it. I also mix it into my kefir in the morning or into my tomato juice in the afternoon....both of which they also beg me for and consume. Yes, 5 and 2 1/2 year old kids willingly consuming cod liver oil. If they will eat it, how bad can it be?

Great way to get Omegas!
Has a nice lemony taste. My doctor has recommended this because she has me on 4 Grams of EPA daily. If I try to do that with capsules it is almost 10 per day... This makes large doses easier and tastier.

Light and pleasant.
I took cod liver oil as a child. This is NOT that cod liver oil. It is light and very pleasantly lemony. There is minimal aftertaste.

superior Omega-3 oil
My research revealed that Carlson Labs makes the best quality Omega-3 oils. They are very careful to keep the healthiest ratio of the three fatty acids; alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA); as well as producing the purest product. I have used their products since 2002 -- lemon and regular cod liver oil and salmon oil. I have NEVER had any after taste.

Fabulous Product
I absolutely hate fish and fish oil, but Carlson's is great tasting. I put a tablespoon over my yogurt or in my orange juice or oatmeal. It tastes like lemon pie in yogurt. My kids 18,15 and 9 take it everyday. I would definitely recommend it, it's very high quality. Jamie
