Softgels vs Bottled Oil
I've tried both,the oil and softgels. I will stick with the oil. The softgels made my skin smell like fish but the oil doesnt. You have to take 5 gels for a teaspoon of oil. The gels do not taste like they have lemon in them. I add a few drops of maple syrup to the spoon of oil and it tastes like lemonade.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT
I really do love these capsules. They have no aftertaste and are easy to swallow.

I have used Carlson liquid cod liver oil but decided to try the capsules. They are fine. I do taste them a little more then I did the liquid. But it's a very good product and will buy it again, but probably go back to the liquid.

No Fish Burps
This is the first fish oil I ever used that did not give me those nasty fish burps later. A true "great find". Thanks so much.
