too much fish
I was disappointed in these because of the amount of fish oil they contain also. They were recommended to me and I did not check the ingredients in advance as I should have.
The fish oil caused gout in my system so I can not take them.

The most important element of this product is that it's in beef gelatin and not pork.

Vit D3 is number 1
