"Ok, so I will admit, I was expecting a garbanzo bean miracle of stellar proportions when I purchased this after seeing so many 5-star reviews. Meh. It was ok. Kind of chalky. Not outstandingly flavored. Kind of pasty once refrigerated. To be honest though, what I was expecting from this box was more than anyone could provide in dried form. Overall, it was ok. I have two more boxes to eat, but after that, I do believe I will just make my own."

"This is the first time I've bought this product, and I really love it. It's good on it's own, but I added some fresh garlic, a little cayenne and black pepper, and extra-virgin olive oil. Just like a Mediterranean restaurant! It makes a quick, healthy and easy lunch or snack, especially served with hot pita bread, crudites or whole-grain crackers."
