Good nutrition. a little sweet for me. For a snack I think this is a little on the sweet side for me. Others might like that aspect of it. The almond cherry is a little overwhelmed by the sweet for me. There are whole almonds in it though. I like that. I love that they are anti GMOs . I feel confident in their products.
