Suggested Use: Good water is an essential part of brewing a great cup of tea. We recommend using spring or filtered water. Preheat your teapot with hot water so the tea will stay warm longer. Heat your water until it is vigorously boiling, then let it cool slightly from the boiling point. Use one to two teaspoons of tea per cup of tea desired. Pour hot water over tea leaves, cover and steep, stirring occasionally. You will be amazed at the difference of taste when steeping for different amounts of time. Brew 3 minutes for a mild berry flavor, or 5 minutes for a medium strength black tea flavour, without any caffeine.
