C4 Works great. I used it for 4 weeks on, and now I'm not using it for 4 weeks. You can feel the effects within 20 minutes pretty easily. I recommend it. The fruit punch flavor tastes like Kool-Aid too. February 23, 2013

Pretty Good Supplement I tried this product after Vitacost stopped carrying Jack3d original. C4 does give a OK amount of non-jittery energy and endurance. However, I did not notice much of a gain in strength. Taste is pretty good. Overall this is a decent pre-workout (PWO) supplement and I would purchase again as part of a rotation PWO brands. Suggested Use: DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE USE. ONLY AS DIRECTED.

Directed Use on Training Days: To determine tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with (5-4 ox.) of water 20-30 minutes before training. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take one to tow servings (1-2 scoops) 20-30 minutes before training begins. Add (4-6 oz.) of water for each serving. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
