Very satisfying I had weight loss surgery and prior to surgery had to go on meal replacements for two weeks. This is the product the surgeons use for their patients. Great nutrition, good flavor Overall, I'm happy with Champion Nutrition's product here. It has 41g of protein, 23g of carbs and only 1g of fat in every packet. As far as nutrition values go, this shake is one of the best. The flavor for this though is only so-so. For my money, I'll be going with the Met-rx MRP in the future just because the flavor is better (even if I have to sacrifice 3g of protein).
