Chef Paul's Suggested Uses
Sweetie Blend can be added to reduce acidity in tomato and other sauces and its use will lower spiciness in any dish. It also works great with: bread pudding, caramel custards, cinnamon toast, rice pudding, hot and cold cereals, crumb toppings, muffins, quick breads, cookies, and pie crusts.
Cooking Tip: Any recipe that uses "sugar and spice" (just substitute the same amount of Sweetie Blend for the sugar in your recipe. You will get the same sugar taste plus the perfect amount of spice). Try it on ice cream! Substitute for sugar in tea and coffee.
