very disappointed
I have heard good things about Cherrybrook Kitchen mixes, so was excited to try this sugar cookie mix with my kids who have multiple food allergies. We followed the instructions on the box exactly, but the mix yielded a sticky batter that was impossible to shape into traditional rolled sugar cookies. We ended up with very "cake-like" cookies. They tasted ok, but my kids were really disappointed not to be able to make cut out sugar cookies that they could decorate for the holidays.

Good cookie mix
Half of the girls in my family are gluten sensitive, and with the holidays coming, I wanted to try this mix to see how they worked for holiday roll out cookies. This mix worked like a dream and passed the taste test for gluten eating and non gluten eating family members

Great sugar cookies
These remind me of the sugar cookies I made as a child, they formed easily and baked well. Gonna try rolling out dough and cutting shapes next time. Easy, fast, very delicious cookie.
