Works great! This product works great for me. I take two in the morning, either before or after eating breakfast, and I'm not hungry until mid-afternoon. And, I have not noticed any side effects. There's no crashing or let down or energy decrease. January 4, 2013

heathiest inexpensive way to loose weight Dr. Christophers appetite product would be the least expensive and the healthiest way to loose weight. It does curb your appetite with no stimulants compared to everything else on the market. Just herbs to balance your system. Lets face it, you cannot sit on the couch and expect to loose weight. Get up and exercise, drink water and eat well to get the weight off and these pills help with your effort. I would recommend this product. December 26, 2008
