I purchased this to add to my conditioner because I heard that garlic helps stop shedding. I think it works. After using this, there was less shedding. Just add a few drops to your conditioner. It won't smell too bad if only add a few drops.

Mild Tasting, Which Is Good
I'm taking this with cilantro oil and chlorella at night, and thankfully it's very mild tasting and it doesn't kick back at me. I hope it's helping me detox mercury.
