6 High in protein. No trans fats. 23 vitamins and minerals. Nutrition for sustained energy. While trekking in Nepal I met up with an expedition about to climb Dhaligiri one of the world's highest peaks. I figured that with more than 200 porters the expedition must have been traveling with at least 20000 pounds of stuff. Expeditionary climbing takes an enormous amount of energy equipment and people to put just a handful of individuals on top of a mountain. My friends and I prefer to climb alpin style; we move quickly carry light packs and leave not waste behind. Each campsite is a beautiful destination in itself; not simply a means to an end. I don't believe in reaching the top at any cost - in climbing or in business. Clif Bar's journey resemble alpine climbing. We try to travel light and are committed to keeping our company product people community and the earth healthy

"This bar is wonderful. Not too sweet like a cookie, and not tasteless like a plain old soy bar. Like all the clif bars, it has an amazing blend of good for you organic ingredients, but the star of this bar is the hint of real sour cherry bits that is noticeable in every bite and the almond flavor compliments it perfectly. The bar has a firm and chewy texture and with 10g of Protein and 5g of Fiber, it is perfect for a meal replacement or healthy snack. This one is one of my favorites."

"These are great tasting bars. The flavor is very good and I found big pieces of almonds in them. You don't have to choke them down like a lot of energy bars. They help with the sweet tooth also. My daughter who is picky loves them too."
