Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Aminos -- 8 fl oz
Great on salads!
I love this product! In our house, we don't eat wheat or soy...which makes recipes that call for soy sauce tricky. Although coconut aminos don't taste exactly like soy sauce, they are a tasty, nutritious substitute.
Coconut aminos are also delicious to use in place of a salad dressing, together with a little bit of grapeseed oil.
It's a fermented food, so it keeps well in a dark, cool pantry.

We needed something that was completely soy free for flavoring food and this is great. Not exactly the same flavor as soy sauce, but still very tasty and adds a nice depth to certain dishes.

Not Soy Sauce, But Close Enough!
I've used this product in many ways to replace soy sauce. I have marinated meat in it, and it turns out great. I've used it over rice, and the flavor was good- and much less salty than soy sauce.
I'm gluten-free and soy-free, and I had really missed soy sauce. I'm so glad this product exists... I do wish it were a little less expensive, because we go through the bottles quite quickly. The price is good at Vitacost, though!

"soy sauce" minus soy, plus amino acids!
This product is great. It's NOT soy based, and has naturally occurring amino acids (building blocks of proteins and muscle). It's a great soy sauce alternative you can feel really good about!

I love these raw aminos! So happy to find aminos that aren't made with soy! I mix the aminos with coconut milk and garlic granules (both are available through Vitacost) and coat kale pieces before dehydrating them into kale chips. It's so delicious that it's addictive. I just ordered 3 more bottles and I'm looking forward to trying it with other foods.
