I love this Vinegar I hate vinegar. Yeh, yeh, yeh - I know. Vinegar is so good in so many different ways. But I hate it. I hate the taste. I hate the smell. Until now. I love coconut A.N.Y.T.H.I.N.G. I almost exclusively cook with coconut oil when I need oil. My family has gone nuts for it as well. So, I thought, why not at least TRY coconut vinegar? Now that I'm making ALL my own salad dressings, and most of the flavored vinegars that I could tolerate have added sugar in them, I thought - it is COCONUT vinegar. Try it. I did. I love it. My family much prefers it in salad dressings. If you LOVE the taste/smell of vinegar, you might not like this one as much. It is mild and (to me) has an ever so tiny sweetness to it. March 19, 2013
