Not what is claims I use this product due to a lot of good reviews but this product claims: "Explosive strength, power, and energy" which is not true. I believe it helps me for postworkout in recovery but would help only slightly in helping your workouts. I use Superpump 250 before I workout and this product after my workout. My mood is great the next day but since I started both supplements at the same time I don't know which makes my mood better. I would assume the Superpump 250 does since I work out harder and feel good the next day to a good workout. March 18, 2010

I love purple wraath This stuff came recommended by an MMA fighter friend, and wow is it good. It tastes good (although it's sweetened with Sucralose - splenda) and has a host of AA's to fuel your muscles pre/during/post-workout. I don't workout without it. July 3, 2009

Great Product!!! just bought this product a couple weeks ago, and man does it work great. after sitting at a desk all day and getting tired, it gives me the energy to hit the gym hard. i have read reviews about this stuff tasting nasty, but it really does taste pretty good compared to all the other drinks out there. Great Product I've seen some great results using this product along with white flood, blue up and green bulge. They totally took my workout to another level. Great products. This one doesn't taste great, but come on. It's the inside of vitamin capsules used to make a drink. It does a good job of masking the pharmaceutical taste, but it's still not great. Initial (First Serving) Instructions: To assess your individual tolerance to the ergogenic matrix, combine 1/2 scoop of Purple Wraath™ with 4 oz. of water and consume before, during and/or after your workout. Shake well before drinking.

Combine 1-2 scoops of Purple Wraath™ with 20-40 oz. of water, and consume it pre-workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout). Shake well before drinking. For best results, Purple Wraath™ should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
