Great for quick dinner
I usually cook all my food from scratch, but this is a nice alternative that doesn't feel too processed.Just add a "meat" of choice and water and tomatoes. I don't eat beef so have used turkey and on another time I used tofu. Works both ways. I usually add more quinoa (like a 1/2 cup more) and it still works out fine. There is an option to add beer instead of water - I tried a gf beer, but maybe didn't have the best kind - works totally great with just water.

This is the best tasting chili....Everyone that had some from my batch asks me where they can buy the mix. It's easy to make too.
