1 lb chicken breast (raw of tofu
1/4 cup red wine
Optional Toppings: Diced green onions • sautéed mushrooms • pine nuts
Variations: Grilled patties
Ready in about 30 minutes
Pour Cranberry Wild Rice mix into a pot
Add 2 3/4 cups water - Option: 1/4 cup red wine with 2 1/2 cups water
After 15 mins, add 1/2" diced chicken breast or tofu
Heat on high until boil
Simmer uncovered on Medium heat for 25 mins or until water evaporated
Made your way: Drain any remaining water • Season to taste with salt & pepper
