I know that I'm getting a good amount of B12 for a supplement. I'm a vegetarian.

A great sublingual B-12
I like this product very much because it is small, and will disolve under the tongue. It has a pleasant taste and suplies extra B-12.

coenzyme bargain
this is a great value for high dose sublingual coenzyme b-12. I think dibencozide is more effective than methylcobalamin, the more popular --and more expensive-- coenzyme of b-12. vitacost makes it especially affordable.
