Great Product!
I decided to give this product a try after our doctor recommended we needed to take a daily magnesium supplement. This brand seems to work well. My husband takes 1 tablet daily and has no issues, but i have a rather small build, so i only take a 1/2 tablet.

Works great with no diarrhea!
I'd been searching for a magnesium product that didn't upset my stomach/cause diarrhea but still be effective. I found it in this product.
I divide the pill and take 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the late afternoon and I've had no intestinal problems.
Highly recommend it!
