The chelated Zinc works well for me. I have had a foot odor problem and when I take this product, it is relieved.

Country Life Chelated Zinc
This is a very high-quality form of zinc that is easily assimilable. Small, thin tablets are pretty easy to get down (as tablets go), and they're packaged in quality amber-colored glass bottles for freshness and purity. If I need a smaller dose than 50mg, I simply break the tablets into whatever size I need (1/2 tab for 25mg, etc.) As an extra, the price is excellent!

High dose, easy to swallow
I've had other 50mg tablets that are a lot harder to swallow. These go down just fine.

For acne
I bought this hoping to reduce acne on my face, since I read that zinc can help it. It made no difference for me and it also sometimes give me a 'gag' feeling, like I want to throw up or something, even when I take it after dinner (a big meal).

I bought this to try to clear up my acne, as chelated zinc supposedly does. It did nothing that i can see- i know that it may just be me, and that it does exactly what it is supposed to, so i still gave it some stars :)
