Excellent quality I love Country Life supplements, especially this B Complex. When I've taken other brands, I don't feel the energy I do with this one. I can really tell a difference in how I feel. If I forget to take it, I am not as enthused about my day. I trust in the quality of Country Life. November 25, 2007

This B-Complex is GREAT for energy!! Can't beat this product for energy! 2 a day seems to be the magic number for my son. I also took these at the end of my pregnancy with success. My 11 year old daughter takes one a day for better school performance. It seems to keep her mind sharp. I can tell when she forgets he B-Complex. Great price. I wish they sold it in the bigger bottles, but perhaps they will at some point. It's still a great price! August 12, 2007
