Capsules are easy to chew...!
I have a hard time swallowing larger pills/capsules/tablets. So by chewing on the oil capsule and sucking it out works really well for my needs. Plus the taste is not so bad either.

Absortion is the key
We all know CoQ10 is great for our bodies. It can be hard for our bodies to absorb. Bond it to vitamin e and to get better results.

My doc gave this brand (Q-Gel), this is good and gives me lot of energy. Best absorbale form of coq10.
