"This blunts your appetite, but does not suppress to the extreme- oh, if only. It helps when you remember to take it (my problem) and plan on taking it when you are not already hungry- it really seems to help more when I am not already famished. I will use it, but still the hunt continues for a serious appetite killer. The price is right."
