amazing This stuff is amazing...its is the ONLY enzyme that I know of that allows me to eat food with gluten AND dairy. I recommend it be taken with an essential digestive enzyme. I'm surprised this isn't more popular given how many people have a gluten sensitivities these days. August 11, 2012

Possible backup for those allergic to gluten Gluten has found its way into just about every food (even those that are made without it due to cross-contamination). I use this product as a backup if I am eating a product I am not sure is 100% gluten-free. I would never purposefully eat gluten, as I doubt this product would stave off the horrible results.
