I have only been using this product for 28 days and so far so good. The tablets are tiny, which is good for me since I don't like taking horse size pills:) I do notice that my skin is glowing; however, my primary reason for taking these pills is to thicken my hair. Overall easy to take and no noticeable adverse side effects.

Has been great for my hair and nails
I started taking biotin on the recommendation from my doctor. This brand has fulfilled my expectations. I started taking it to help regrow a small area of hair I had lost after a very stressful year. My hair has filled in and my fingernails are the best they have every been! That was a bonus, people think I have acryclic nails.

Biotin hi potency
Hi potency means HI POTENCY. I was having stomach upset because I was taking it 2 x a day. Cut back to one and doing much better. Haven't seen this product really make a difference in my hair yet. Maybe because I was taking too much
