Someone once told me that Lysine is Lysine
Someone once told me that Lysine is Lysine, meaning that it is all the same. I'm not sure how true that is but this is definitely my favorite Lysine product. I think it is twice as effective as other brands and the price is good also. I've been buying this one for quite a while now and will continue to stick with it.
